Running stats from today (21 Feb. 2012)

Despite almost fainting I got a good run in tonight. I only started to feel faint after I stopped.

IMPORTANT: Girls! (and guys) Don’t work out hard if you haven’t had enough to drink and eat during the day. Your body doesn’t have the energy it needs, and only because I was lucky did I not faint, really lucky. So please, please don’t be as stupid as me.

Stubborn fat→

You know exactly what I’m talking about - it’s your thighs and stomach, right? What is this “stubborn fat” exactly, and how do you get rid of it?

You are not the only one [who has it]! It is not impossible to lose the fat! You cannot spot reduce. You cannot, no matter how many gurus claim, pick an exercise and lose fat only from one place. In order for you to lose weight in your problem area you have to lose fat everywhere. Your consolation? By the time you lose stubborn fat, the rest of your body will be looking great.

Here’s the what and how :)

Okay. Last bit of Emmy spam. I just couldn’t help myself. This shoot is amazing.
